ADELE LANFORD-FREEMAN, MA, RD - Dietitian & Nutritionist

Ms. Lanford-Freeman is a graduate of Limestone College, Winthrop University and Furman University. She is a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist. She has an MA in food and nutrition as well as health and exercise science. Ms. Landford -Freeman is also a certified personal trainer.
